We use our Glucowatch for basal rate tests and only for them.
It is a tremedous help to seeing real trends during the test. We have found it to be faccurate enough. We continue to test as normal 6-8 time a day and recalibrate each time. I think that hekps the accuracy.
We then transfer the data by hand. It takes a couple of minutes and graph it. Since the data is of that day or night we are able to decipher the results right then.
My daughter does not enjoy the ordeal. But who enjoys the crap of diabetes.
Dont buy too many test pads they do have an expiration date.
