You are correct. I didn't mean to say that things like this aren't important. I myself have tried dozens of different diets and I do think that some work better than others. But these things work differently for different people. What may have worked for me may do nothing for the next guy.
I just think that we should post our opinions without getting angry with each other. We're here to share important thoughts and experiences with other Diabetics, so let's be considerate about the other person's opinion and I think that we'll all learn a lot more from each other.
