OK Steve.

We can hash this out until the cows come home. In the meantime, my kids are going to lose their eyes and lose their kidneys and those excess frozen fertilized eggs are either going to stay frozen or get incinerated. I don't know if embryonic stem cells are the answer. Smarter, more knowledgeable people than I seem to think there is a chance they will lead to a cure. I don't want GWB, Marina, You or anybody else standing in the way when the practicalities of this issue are so simple.

So, if you don't want to utilize the findings from such research because of ethical, moral or any other reasons, then don't. Go to church. Get somebody to lay on hands. Do whatever you feel you need to do. But don't make my kids suffer in the process.

I don't think those embryos are conscious. I know my kids are conscious. I know that every day they endure one stick after another with very little complaining and I still think we are probably losing ground.

So feel free to go to the back of the line. It's a free country.
