Oh yeah. Lots of talk about archiving tissue and serum samples from before and after transplantation, periodic testing, and placing behavioral restraints on recipients. I believe that reason will prevail, and some of the more absurd proposals will never be part of the regulations. Remember that when the automobile was first introduced, it was necessary that "A stout man shall walk ahead of the horseless carriage and discharge a firearm at each intersection to warn others of the approaching danger." We're at that stage now.
