Can anyone offer a lay explanation as to the differences between Anti-cd154 and Anti-cd40L in how they work? Are they similar in action or worlds apart?

On another note, while looking over Biogen' R&D chart at http://www.biogen.com/index2. I must admit I felt a little bittersweet after I noticed the Hep B vaccine as one of their global products. (We chose not give Trevor, our 5 y/o, dx'd at 25 months the Hep B vaccine at birth, rather waited until 8 weeks to vaccinate. I figured an 8 week old could 'handle' the stress of an extra new vaccine better than a newborn. I know there is no proof that it led to an early dx, but geez...)
