Thank you for responding. I have obviously missed some goings on at TIF over the last little while as my Internet connection has been down. I have to admit, your adjectives took me by surprise.
This week I asked researchers at the University Hospital here in London, Ontario if they would be restarting their islet studies should your trials prove sucessful. Their response was very positive, and it seems they are watching closely what happens in Florida.
I dream of living with functioning transplanted islet cells and hope, as I'm sure you do, that this day is not too far off.
