Miami Herald article is different from a story run last week in Sun Sentinel about islet transplants with bone marrow therapy. The earlier story clearly indicate that the woman who recieved this transplant last year is doing great. she is requiring less and less insulin. Either way its good to know that DRI in Miami is hard at work. Both reports were very promising.
