Thanks for all the great postings on the forum.
You suggested a chat room as well as the forum. Wouldn't that be the equivalent of the existing forum, except that the message exchange takes place in real time with a specified start and finish time? From an administrative persepctive, it would be a much greater load than the existing forum.
I know when I have been on chat rooms, I have a heck of a time typing quickly and accurately enough, and often the thread is lost as the questions and answers get seperated in time.
