The African American community has had a healt epidemic for a long time. Its name is Diabetes. Too bad it is the diabetic's fault, unlike HIV. It is enough too make one angry. Imagine if the NIH had a program to "protect yourself from AIDS for life" for the minority community. Perhaps they could do a ten year study to see if prostitution and drug use really do increase the incidence of AIDS and if they do, then they could have a program of behavior modification to eliminate the behaviors. What a crock.
