: : I'm tired of hearing about the "5 years away" cure. I wish that all those charitable millions of dollars was appropriated to The Islet Foundation, rather than JDF. Al Gordon would make sure the money went to the appropriate sources. That way Elliot, Sun, VivoRx and Encelle could, sooner than later, achieve that forever talked about JDF goal. : Doug: : Thanks for your good wishes. What I would really like is that JDF, ADA and the rest directly fund researchers who are close to delivering something real for people with diabetes.
