Thanks for. You sound like you have some welcome knowledge of INGAP. Hopefully you will be able to help with some other points that I have not heard discussed:

1. You said, "Doesn't mean that it's impossible for an insulinoma to occur, but that it has yet to be seen and most likely won't be any more prevalent than in the background population." But does it mean that there is an increased risk of "adenocarcinoma (duct cell tumor)", the model from which INGAP was developed?

2. Do the islets generated as a result of INGAP administration release insulin in direct proportion to blood glucose level, just like normal islets?

3. It would be good to know the source of this useful information. "Random" is not very helpful.
