I haven't seen suggestions of anti-rejection drugs. Used on its own, it seems that one would have to take ingap on a regular basis, since the same autoimmune reaction would eventually attack the new cells. Some have compared it to bailing a boat as fast as it leaks. Another analogy: hair growth products (when they work) have to be taken continually or the baldness returns. It is anyone's guess now how often ingap would have to be topped up. Not perfect, but who wouldn't trade their kingdom for even daily shots of ingap so long as they normalized bg?
