"The recent reports from a European study regarding Lantus being associated with cancer does not represent anything close to a proper scientific analysis. The data was very confusing, unexplainable, not consistent and far from anything that should change the way we currently use any type of insulin. Stay focused on the most important issues with your health: blood sugar levels as close to goal as you can avoiding hypoglycemia and get your blood pressure and cholesterol levels in the correct range."
