You are complaining about the cost of something in its infancy?!! If it starts at $100,000 it will do nothing but decrease from there. So yes let the super rich and early adopters do there thing. In time, the treatment cost and procedure will improve. It may be instructional to look at the cost of other treatments at their initial stages and what they cost now. Although not a perfect example, lasik was quite expensive at first - now it's ~$1000/eye for a good doctor.
