Yes, according to a reliable senior contact at LCT, the N.Z. clinical trial is at last now (virtually) all cleared for take off.
The latest government conditions had already been agreed to by LCT, and they have recently implemented them into the trial protocol.
Just leaves a couple of relatively minor loose end details to be finalised, this should be all completed next week.
