Dear Prime Minister and Ministers.

I am one of the 6 recipients of the early LCT trials here in New Zealand carried out some time ago.

I understand today you will decide the fate of future LCT trials, please give consideration to me and numerous other diabetics here and
world-wide - our fate lies in your decision today.

Today, you have the opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives. Your political careers no doubt began with the desire to serve
the public good, now is your opportunity!

There are no health concerns, these have been thoroughly tested and proven - only positive benefits! (look at me for example!!!!)

There are no economic concerns, only positive benefits.

Logic suggests there is no good reason to further halt the LCT clinical trials.

I trust you will make the right decision today.

Yours faithfully
Peter Thompson
