Thank you for posting the full text Al.

It still seems as if those in charge of giving approval, think a person with type 1 simply has to take insulin and get on with their daily life. The powers that be neglect to recognize the toll diabetes takes physically and emotionally on each and every patient.

Long live Dr. Elliot and his vision and pursuit for restoration of a normal life for our loved ones with diabetes.
