I urge you to read some of my replies to your messages above, since the decision to expose another future human being to a much greater than normal risk of a hideous disease is not a personal choice at all. If you argue that the person whose life you rip to shreds by imposing diabetes on him cannot create any moral obligation in you towards him because he does not yet exist, ask yourself if I would be moral to set a time bomb to go off in the year 2220, because the people who will be killed by it do not yet exist?!
