Your daughter needs it! It will change her life for the better to extent that her condition will be almost a minor inconvienance. You should not give up so easily. You need to consult with a good attny and preferably one that has been referred by the ADA or JDF. The ADA has a law firm in Texas that litigates diabetes issues like employment discrimination. I would call the attny that handles those cases and discuss it with her. Don't let your daughter suffer due to your wife's ignorance or vengence!!
